FREE 2 BE FITNESS IN THE PARK – HIGH SCHOOL ADDITION
Free 2 Be Fitness (“F2BF”) in the Park - High School Edition is here! Arlington Recreation and F2BF are excited to announce a 7 week outdoor group fitness program in the park for teens! Now high school teenagers (grade 9-12) can experience a fun and social total body strength and conditioning class that utilizes a mix of cardio and strength total bodyweight exercises.
F2BF’s motto “start where you are -use what you have -do what you can” means just that. F2BF in the park is intended for teens interested in working out with their peers in a safe and supportive environment.
When: Tuesdays: September 14th - October 26th
Time: 3:30pm - 4:20pm
Location: Summer Street Complex Basketball Court
(Located next to the Ed Burns Arena, right off the Minuteman Bike Trail)
Grades: 9 - 12
Fee: $120.00 per participant
Minimal equipment required: mat, towel, mini resistance bands and 2 filled water bottles. Before the first class, participants must complete new client forms and waiver.
