Summer Beach/Swim Parties

Book your next summer time party or family gathering at the NEW Reservoir Beach Pavilion Picnic Area! 

  • Parties are for 2.5 hour time slots (includes set up and clean up). 
  • Reservations are $250 for Arlington Residents ($400 non-residents) and include beach admission for up to 50 guests.
  • Hosts and guests have use of Pavilion Picnic area (which includes seating for approx. 25), beach for swimming and grassy area for games.  At the end of your reservation time, please vacate the Pavilion Area.  However, you and your guests are free to continue swimming and enjoying the beach area until the Beach closes for the day.
  • You may bring in any simple food, but there is no access to refrigeration, microwave, sink or electricity.
  • Grilling, open flames and alcohol are prohibited.

Organized youth group programs/camps should submit a Group Programs/Camps Reservation.


Party Timeslots
Parties at the Picnic Pavilion are booked for 2.5 hours ($250 Resident/$400 non-resident for 50 guests). Here are the timeslots we offer:

Fridays/Saturdays/Sundays:
12:00pm - 2:30pm
3:30pm - 6:00pm


Monday - Thursday:
3:30pm - 6:00 pm



Reservations
Reservations are confirmed and booked with payment only.  To make a reservation request:
  1. View the Picnic Area Calendar below for availability.  One party is booked per time slot.
  2. Log into your household account (or create one).
  3. Submit a Reservation Request.
  4. Once your request is submit, you will receive an email confirming you submitted a request. 
  5. Within a day or two, if your requested time is available and we don't have any questions, your reservation will be approved & booked and you will receive an invoice. 
  6. Please log into your account and pay within 24 hours.  Reservations with unpaid balances will be cancelled after 24 hours.
  7. Once the invoice is paid, you will receive the permit. 
  8. Have the permit accessible (on your phone or a printed copy) on the day of your event.

    If we have questions on your request we will hold the space for a day or 2 and try to contact you.  Questions? Call 781-316-3880 PRIOR to submitting your request. For more information on rental spaces, click HERE.

  9. Your request will automatically be declined if you submit for more than one timeslot.  For reservation requests of more than 50 people or private/corporate events, please follow up with a "Special Event Request Form". Your request will be placed on hold until we receive the form. and submit a "reserve" request.
