Arlington Recreation accepts current and prospective students to the Kid Care Afterschool program waitlists throughout the year. 

Families enrolled for a minimum of 2 days for 2024-25 should register for the "Additional Day(s)" waitlist.  It's not a problem to switch days if a more desirable day comes available. 

Waitlists for families not registered for any days are set up through the Recreation Department after 4/9/24 (the date when registration opens for new families).

Please pay the Afterschool Enrollment Fee ($50) to register for the program OR the waitlists.

Waitlist Open
The Already Enrolled, Additional Day needed Waitlists are ONLY available when all of the spaces for a particular day have been filled. Returning families should not register for the waitlists without first checking availability for the program. New families should not register for ANY waitlist. New families will be added to waitlists via Arlington Rec department.

Waitlist registrations are not accepted prior to registration opening to returning and new students .
