Kid Care Afterschool Application Fee 2024-25 • Register • View Cart •

Kid Care Afterschool is Full for 2024-25. We are not accepting anymore registrations for the program or waitlist.

A one-time, yearly, non-refundable application fee of $50 for each child is required before you can register for the Afterschool Program or place your name on the waitlist.  Paying the application fee does not register the child for the program or the waitlist - that is a separate process.  For program details, click HERE.  


For families currently in our program who register between April 1 - 7, please pay the application fee and then go to the Kid Care Afterschool 2024-25 program page to complete the registration. Registration is not guaranteed until you have registered for your days and paid the non-refundable tuition for September. 

For NEW families applying for the first time on April 9, please pay the application fee and answer the questions. Consider carefully how you answer the new family application questions. Your registration priority is determined by these questions and cannot be changed. See registration instructions below for new families. (Tip: Prior to April 9, make sure your account and your child's information is up to date - especially their grade! Also, be sure you are able to easily login to your account.  Problems? Instructions for NEW Families applying on 4/9/24
  • You will be asked the number of days you would like your child to attend (5-day, 4-day, 3-day or 2-day). Please note, once registered, you are committed to the number of days you initially registered for until December.
  • If you are requesting less than 5 days, you will be asked to specify days of the week you would consider.
  • Starting the afternoon on April 9, Kid Care Staff will contact families to complete the registration.
  • Families are contacted in the order they paid their application fee. However, PRIORITY will be given to families seeking 5-days (then 4-days, 3-days, etc.).
  • If we are able to give you exactly what you requested, we will directly register your child (this will probably only happen if you are requesting 5-days). Please note, you will be responsible for paying the (non-refundable) tuition for September by midnight. Please check your email.
  • If space is not available for any or all of the days you want, you will have the option of going on the waitlist. 
  • The Application Fee will ONLY be refunded if you do not register for any days and do not go on the waitlist.
  • Important! The (non-refundable) tuition for September will be due by midnight! Registrations with unpaid September balances will be cancelled on April 10..
