Young Boy and Girl Sparring in Karate
One of the best karate programs in the country, this program is taught by four-time world champion, Steve Nugent.

General Information
  • This class teaches proper stances, breathing, stretching, discipline, confidence and practical self-defense.
  • This class also underlines the importance of nutrition, exercise, fire safety and stranger awareness.
  • All uniforms are included in the class fee.
  • Program meets weekly on Fridays.
